I’m a Human Resources professional and Career Strategist with over 10 years of experience supporting professionals and leadership teams across industries like tech, cleantech, mining, retail, and logistics. I’ve worked closely with individual contributors, people managers, and C-suite executives  and I’ve seen what drives career growth, performance, and leadership development inside organizations.

Throughout my HR journey, I found myself drawn to the moments that shaped people’s careers  whether during hiring conversations, performance reviews, or professional development planning. I’ve always been passionate about helping people grow, navigate change, and take control of their career paths with confidence and clarity.

That passion led me to launch The Driven Career , a space where I bring together everything I’ve learned from HR, recruitment, and people development to help professionals grow where they are, prepare for what's next and transition when needed.
